Since the very first season, Rams Head has supported the SFL. The tavern is a great place to hang out after games. A/C in the summer and heat in the winter! Rams Head is always hosting fun events like Kegs n Eggs and many beer release parties, not to mention an awesome happy hour!
The Jetty is by far the SFL's favorite dock bar. They have proudly sponsored the league since the start in 2010. Not only is it a great place to hang out after games, but the night life and live music are a great excuse for SFL members to reconvene Saturday nights!
Big Bats is the SFL's newest sponsor. The sports bar atmosphere and convenient location to SFL field make this the perfect hangout for post game festitivities. Not to mention all the fun to be had on the back patio with an area for games like corn hole and flip cup!
Since 2010, the Social Football League, SFL, is a co-ed flag football league for people 18 years and over on Kent Island. Our players come from all over Maryland, anywhere from Baltimore to Ocean City. The SFL is more than just football though. Not only is it a great way to get out of the house and be active, but you will make awesome friends too.
The league is usually comprised of about 8 teams of 10 - 20 people. There is both a spring and fall season and games are played on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm. We are proudly sponsored by Bud Light, Landshark, and New Belgium Brewing Company. We are also sponsored by Rams Head Shore House, the Jetty, and Big Bats who offer league members awesome happy hour specials after games and during special SFL events.

Congratulations to the Fall 2011 Champions - The Blue Crabs!
The Blue Crabs (Captain, Dan Savanick) is the first team in SFL history to go undefeated for an entire season! They defeated With Your Balls (Captain, AJ Gould) for the title 34 - 28. With Your Balls took 2nd place with a record of 8 and 2.
