SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED!
Joining the SFL is a great way to have fun and jumpstart your social life. Your $70.00 membership includes your team shirt, 8 regular season games, and eligibility for all the great beer and food specials at our sponsor bars each week, courtesy of Bud Light. That's less than $10 a week!! The teams with the best records will also compete in the playoffs and SFL championship game at the end of the season. Champions are awarded $100 gift card to one of our sponsor bars, and half-priced registration for the next season.
Membership Options
1. You can register as a Team Captain. Do you have at least 8 friends (6 guys and 2 girls) that want to play? By registering as a captain, you can choose your team name and shirt color. As a captain you must pay both your registration fee as well as a forfeit bond which is fully refunded at the end of the season if your team does not forfeit any games. You act as that team's representative for the whole season.
2. You can register as a Player on an existing team. If you have been recruited to play on an existing team, select Player Registration. This will put you on your team's roster.
3. You can register as a Free Agent. If you don't belong to a team, but still want to play, you can register as a free agent and be assigned to a team in need of additional players by SFL staff. Once you have been added to a roster, you will be given the contact information of your captain to be kept up to date with game times, practices, etc.

Referees
The SFL wouldn't be possible without our referees. We know officiating can be a tough job, but we strongly encourage everyone to try it at least once, as it gives a newfound respect for the game. It is also a great way to learn the rules and penalties, and to become more familiar with the other members in the league. All refs are generously compensated: $18 per game for head refs, and $15 per game for line judges.

**ALL TEAMS CAPTAINS, PLAYERS, AND REFEREES MUST READ THE OFFICIAL SOCIAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE WAIVER STATED BELOW. BY REGISTERING TO PLAY IN THE LEAGUE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS WAIVER.**
RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM 2012
All participants (Captains, Players, & Referees) are required to assume all risk by agreeing to this general release. I understand that the risks I assume by participating in the Social Football League (also referred to as the SFL) include, but are not limited to serious head and other bodily injuries. In consideration of receiving permission to participate in the Social Football League, I hereby release KRM Development Corporation and the Social Football League and all of its officers, employees, sponsors and partners from all liability for any personal injury, death or damage of any kind, including lost or stolen property, arising from or related to my participation in the Social Football League. My decision to participate in the Social Football League is voluntarily assuming all risk or loss. Damage or injury including death, may occur through my participation in the Social Football League. I understand that by acknowledging this release and waiver on the electronic registration form, I am giving up the right for myself and/or my family or heirs to sue KRM Development Corporation or the Social Football League, and its officers, employees, sponsors, and partners for any injuries, damages, and lost or stolen property resulting from participation in the Social Football League.
I agree to abide by all rules and regulations governing the Social Football League which includes any disciplinary measures, fines or suspensions levied by the Social Football League Officers. I understand that the league has a zero tolerance for fighting and further understand that if I should engage in any physical altercation, I will be immediately suspended for the remainder of the season. The league also does not tolerate underage drinking and holds no responsibility if a minor is caught with alcohol during or after games or at any league event. This activity will result in expulsion from the league. I also understand that there are no refunds. Furthermore, as a Social Football League Team Captain, if an unregistered or unauthorized participant plays on my team during any SFL game or event, I assume all risk and responsibility for that participant's injury, damages, loss, or death. An unregistered or unauthorized participant is defined as one who has not signed and agreed to the official league waiver form.
By participating in any Social Football League event or program, I consent to the use of my appearance and likeness to be photographed and used for print/web advertisement in reference to the league.
